Cranman, as executor of the estate of Matthew Cranman, deceased, appeals from a summary judgment entered by the Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court, on the basis of discretionary function immunity, in favor of Dr. David Maxwell; Dr. Patricia A. Hubbs; Dr. John Galaznik; and Dr. Joe Bethany (hereinafter "the state physicians"). We affirm.
