MIRABAL, Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment for the plaintiff in a breach of contract action. We reverse and remand.

Plaintiff Sonitrol of Houston, Inc., sued defendant Ahmed Rabie for breach of contract based on defendant's personal guaranty. Defendant filed a pro se general denial.
