P.A. timely appeals an order adjudicating him delinquent for grand theft. The issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in denying P.A.'s motion for a judgment of acquittal.

The motion was based on the argument that:

[T]he State, has to have a showing, or a prima facie showing, at least, that [P.A.] was the one who committed the offense that is charged in the charging document. The only testimony you have before this Court...
