OPINION

NEWMAN, Justice.

Frederick Thomas (Appellant) has filed a direct appeal1 from the Judgment of Sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County that sentenced him to death following his convictions for first degree murder2 and possessing an instrument of crime.3 We affirm the Judgment of Sentence.
