OPINION

TAFT, Justice.

This case involves a suit by a lawyer to recover fees from a former client. Appellant, Peggy Disbrow, appeals a judgment in favor of appellee, James Sean Healey. We address whether a trial court can award attorney's fees based on uncontroverted expert testimony without submitting to the jury a requested issue. We reverse.
