Dana Edward Dewey appeals from his judgments of conviction and sentences for lewd conduct with a minor under sixteen, I.C. § 18-1508, and escape, I.C. § 18-2505. For the lewd conduct offense, Dewey received a unified twelve-year sentence, with seven years fixed.
