This appeal raises two issues, one an obscure point of Louisiana civil procedure, and the other a more familiar question of evidentiary sufficiency. The appellant, Ormet Corporation ("Ormet"), argues first that the appellees, E. Dempsey Pendarvis, Michael Doherty Jarreau, and Susan McGrueder Jarreau ("Pendarvis") were not entitled to damages stemming from the wrongful issuance of a preliminary injunction in a Louisiana possessory action...
