In November 1990, claimant was injured while she was working as a chambermaid for Holiday Inn (hereinafter the employer) when she slipped and fell in the employer's parking lot. In January 1995, claimant filed an application for workers' compensation benefits. At the first hearing on her claim, the employer argued that the claim was not timely filed.
