In this appeal, we determine whether a contract for various shipping-related services comes within the federal admiralty jurisdiction. In granting summary judgment for appellee Inbesa America, Inc. ("Inbesa"), the district court held that a contract between Inbesa and the charterer of in rem appellant M/V Anglia was wholly maritime, thereby bringing all disputes arising under the contract within the federal admiralty jurisdiction...
