STROUD, Judge.

A jury found appellant, Frank King, Jr., guilty of residential burglary and rape. He was sentenced as an habitual offender to twenty years' imprisonment on the residential burglary charge and forty years' imprisonment on the rape charge. The court ordered that the sentences be served consecutively.
