PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶ 1. Zenas Richburg was arrested and subsequently indicted for aggravated assault. On April 9, 1997, the jury returned a verdict of guilty. Thereafter, he was sentenced to serve a term of twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Feeling aggrieved, Richburg appeals.
