Plaintiffs filed the instant products liability action claiming that a family member lost his life due to a design defect in Defendants' product. Pending before the court are Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, (Docket No. 30), and Plaintiffs' opposition thereto, (Docket No. 38). Defendants argue that the court should dismiss the action on the grounds that Plaintiffs' expert witness testimony is inadmissible...
