Defendant Floyd Lentellis Garrett appeals his conviction for armed bank robbery, using and carrying a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence, and aiding and abetting the commission of these crimes, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a) and (d), 924(c)(1), and (2). He contends that initially he did not waive his right to counsel knowingly and intelligently, and that subsequently the district court abused its discretion...
