Marion Dale Rotz appeals from an order of the trial court denying his motion to modify its judgment dissolving his marriage to Katherine Ann Rotz. The dissolution judgment, dated November 2, 1995, had awarded custody of the parties' minor children to Mrs. Rotz. In his motion to modify, Mr. Rotz requested that the trial court transfer custody of the children to him. We do not reach the merits of his appeal because the trial court's disposition...
