In this case plaintiffs' counsel had difficulty pleading their clients' case adequately. After several dismissals without prejudice, the district court understandably lost patience and dismissed it with prejudice. Nevertheless, our review of the second Amended Complaint and exhibits convinces us that plaintiffs' complaint is sufficient.
