Attorney Jimmie L. Wilson appeals the trial court's order of summary judgment which disbarred him from the practice of law in Arkansas. We reverse and remand for a hearing to determine the appropriate sanction for Wilson's violation of Model Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(b).
