OPINION

JAMES, Justice.

After suffering injuries following a onevehicle accident, appellants Gary and Steven Siders brought suit against the State of Texas pursuant to the Texas Tort Claims Act. On the State's motion, the trial court granted summary judgment on the entire case. In a single point of error, the Siders contend the trial court erred in granting the State's motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
