Defendant, the City Council of Flint appeals by leave granted from the February 20, 1996, order of the Genesee Circuit Court that set aside the city council's decision to remove plaintiff, Darryl Buchanan, from the office of ombudsman and reinstated him to the position. The city council also appeals from the June 10, 1996, order that reiterated plaintiff's reinstatement as ombudsman and denied the city council's motion to disqualify his attorney...
