STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Lonnie Morgan appeals the revocation of his probation. We affirm.

ISSUES

I. Whether Morgan's probation officer had the authority to initiate proceedings to revoke Morgan's probation. II. Whether there is sufficient evidence to support the revocation.
