Christine Pisciotta was convicted, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree in violation of § 565.021, RSMo 19941 and armed criminal action in violation of § 571.015. She was sentenced to concurrent terms of fifteen years and five years, respectively. She appeals her conviction, contending that it was an abuse of discretion for the trial court to sustain the State's objection to the testimony of her expert...
