This case concerns a wide-ranging marijuana-distribution conspiracy spanning three states and involving two families as well as various hangers-on. Of the defendants whose appeals are before us today, two — Joseph Maliszewski and Dean LaBeff — pleaded guilty, and challenge various factual findings made by the district court with respect to their sentences.
