¶ 1 Pima County brought a condemnation action against appellants, Ramon and Rojelia Gonzalez, to acquire a sewer easement over a portion of their property. The Gonzalezes appeal from a $6,050 jury verdict in their favor, asserting that the award does not reflect "just compensation."
