STOVER, Justice.

Dana R. Shoemaker was indicted for the state jail felony offense of credit/debit card abuse for stealing credit cards. After a plea of not guilty, a jury found Shoemaker guilty of the offense as charged in the indictment. The trial court assessed a punishment of 180 days confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Facility, and a fine of $250.
