The Department of Licensing appeals a superior court order enjoining it from suspending Brett Davis's driver's license pursuant to RCW 46.20.265. The Department contends the superior court incorrectly interpreted the statute to apply only to persons younger than 18. We agree and reverse.

Mr. Davis, who was 19 years old at the time, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. The Department suspended his driver's license pursuant to RCW 46.20.265...
