Cheryl Raymond appeals a summary judgment rendered in favor of James D. Hanson and Dallas County. On appeal, Raymond contends the trial court erred in granting summary judgment for Hanson and Dallas County on the ground that she did not present her claim to the Dallas County commissioners as required by section 81.041(a) of the Texas Local Government Code.
