RODRIGUEZ, Justice.

Appellant, Juan Chapa, sustained an onthe-job injury while working on Koch Refining Company's ("Koch") premises. He and his wife, Adelina, sued appellees, Koch, H & S Constructors, Inc. ("H & S"), and Stafftek, Inc., for alleged negligence resulting in his injury. The trial court granted summary judgment for all appellees.
