Richard Allen Lumpkin (Lumpkin) pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing over 500 grams of methamphetamine with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) following the denial of his motion to suppress evidence. He was sentenced on April 12, 1996, to 405 months in prison and five years of supervised release.
