ROSE, Justice.

On March 3, 1994, a criminal complaint was filed charging the respondents with racketeering and securities fraud. An indictment was filed on February 9, 1995. Respondents moved to dismiss the indictment on a number of grounds. The district court granted the motion to dismiss, stating that the indictment was not pled with specificity. The State contends that the indictment was pled with sufficient specificity to put the respondents...
