Appellants Ronald Ducksworth, Jr., and Carl Lee Martin were each convicted of two counts of first degree murder with a deadly weapon, two counts of first degree kidnapping with a deadly weapon, and one count each of burglary with a deadly weapon, sexual assault with a deadly weapon, and robbery with a deadly weapon for crimes committed on Joseph Smith, III, and his wife, Vikki Smith.
