PER CURIAM.

We affirm. Appellant seeks remand for entry of a written order of violation of community control to conform with the oral pronouncement of the trial court. However, as this alleged deficiency was not properly preserved and does not constitute fundamental error, it cannot be addressed by this court. See § 924.051(1)(b) & (3), Fla. Stat. (Supp. 1996).

AFFIRMED.
