The plaintiff-appellant in this action appeals a July 3, 1997 order of the Circuit Court of Cabell County granting summary judgment to the defendant-appellees in a medical malpractice action. The plaintiff, who alleges that an emergency room doctor and a radiologist negligently treated her for a broken jaw, appeals the circuit court's ruling that an oral surgeon was not qualified...
