OPINION

LÓPEZ, Justice.

This appeal challenges the trial court's entry of an order clarifying and enforcing a prior order granting Eduardo A. Contreras and Irma Estella Contreras a divorce. The prior order directed the division of Eduardo's military retirement benefits when he retired from the U.S. Army. Several years after the divorce, Irma sought to enforce and clarify the divorce decree to determine her percentage of Eduardo's retirement benefits...
