{1} Trego (Wife) and Scott (Husband) were married on September 14, 1987, and divorced on September 9, 1994. The issues between the parties concern solely the division of property. The trial court ruled that all of the parties' property was community property. The trial court apportioned the property under Dorbin v. Dorbin, 105 N.M. 263, 268, 731 P.2d 959, 964 (Ct.App.1986).
