Attorney Murphy J. White ("White") appeals a trial court judgment ordering him to pay $5,000 plus legal interest in sanctions. In the reasons for judgment, the trial court found the imposition of sanctions against White to be proper because White should have been aware that his client Conellia Parker ("Parker") was attempting to commit a fraud on the court by "manufacturing" an accident and falsely alleging related personal injuries.
