LARSEN, Justice.

Appellee Gabriela Terrazas was indicted for the offense of tampering with a governmental record arising out of allegedly false entries she made in applications for government benefits under the Aid for Families with Dependant Children, food stamp, and Medicaid programs. The trial court entered an order quashing and dismissing the indictment with prejudice and also entered an order suppressing Terrazas's statement...
