HOLLIS v. STATE

No. 97-KA-01522 COA.

724 So.2d 403 (1998)

Phillip Wayne HOLLIS, Appellant, v. STATE of Mississippi, Appellee.

Court of Appeals of Mississippi.

November 24, 1998.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

William F. Travis, Southaven, Attorney for Appellant.

Office of the Attorney General by W. Glenn Watts, Attorney for Appellee.

Before THOMAS, P.J., DIAZ, and SOUTHWICK, JJ.

We find that these issues do not merit reversal and affirm.
