¶ 1. Lee Dell Toldson, the claimant, appeals the decision of the Warren County Circuit Court affirming the Workers' Compensation Commission and the administrative law judge's decision to deny Mr. Toldson workers' compensation benefits. Mr. Toldson seeks benefits for an injury to his left knee and for loss of wage-earning capacity that he asserts are the result of an on-the-job accident while he was employed with Anderson Tully Company...
