ARMSTRONG, Judge.

Defendants Bonnie and Donald Hamilton appeal a grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiff North Pacific Insurance Co. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

The facts are undisputed. Defendants are a wife and husband who owned a 1992 Mercury automobile. They were insured under a motor vehicle insurance policy issued by North Pacific. The policy had a $60,000 limit on liability coverage for one person in any one accident. It further provided...
