¶ 1 The father appeals from the juvenile court's order denying his motion to set aside its order of July 23, 1997, severing his parental rights to Miji. See Hanen v. Willis, 8 Ariz.App. 175, 444 P.2d 732 (1968). Although we agree with the father that the court erred in terminating his rights, we do so not for the reasons he asserts but...
