Appellees Donald Wanha and Lee Wanha own property abutting the property of appellants, Robert Long and Jolane K. Olander Long. The Wanhas brought a quiet title action against the Longs, claiming adverse possession of a portion of the Longs' property, and the Wanhas prevailed. The Longs assert that the trial court erred in finding that the Wanhas adversely possessed the disputed property, and that the Wanhas' alleged adverse possession conflicts...
