MACY, Justice.

Appellant Travis Hodgins appeals from the judgment and sentence which was entered after a jury convicted him of aggravated assault and battery.

We affirm.

ISSUES

Hodgins requests our review of the following issues:

ISSUE I. Was the appellant denied a fair trial when the State introduced hearsay testimony to buttress its expert's opinion that Tyler's injuries were caused by nonaccidental trauma?
