Nature of the case

Mark Anthony Luna plead guilty to the offenses of aggravated robbery and injury to an elderly individual. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the court assessed punishment at thirteen years for the aggravated robbery offense and ten years for the injury to an elderly individual offense with the sentences running concurrently.
