TRIEWEILER, Justice.

¶ 1 The defendant, Donald Houle, was charged by information in the District Court for the Eighth Judicial District in Cascade County with felony aggravated assault. He was convicted of the crime charged following a two-day jury trial. He appeals his conviction. We affirm the judgment of the District Court.
