OPINION

McCLURE, Justice.

In a single point of error, Frances M. Adkins appeals from a judgment dismissing her suit for want of jurisdiction. Finding that the "mail box rule" applies to judicial review of issues regarding compensability, income or death benefits under the Texas Workers' Compensation Act, we reverse and remand.
