¶ 1 Arlan Koehn (hereinafter Koehn) appeals from the orders of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County, denying his motions to dismiss a felony charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (felony DUI). We affirm the decision of the District Court.
