CORNELIUS, Chief Justice.

Edward Davilia Rodriquez appeals the revocation of his deferred adjudication probation. The judgment is affirmed.

On February 18, 1982, Rodriquez entered a plea of nolo contendere to voluntary manslaughter, and the trial court placed him on ten years' deferred adjudication probation.
