FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, as Receiver for First American Bank & Trust, Appellant/Cross-Appellee, v. Paul W. LEVINE and Marcia L. Levine, Appellees/Cross-Appellants.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

February 25, 1998.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Hywel Leonard and Kathleen S. McLeroy of Carlton, Fields, Ward, Emmanuel, Smith & Cutler, P.A., Tampa, for appellant/cross-appellee.

Kimberly A. Levine, Boca Raton, for appellees/cross-appellants.
