The appellant, City of Maumelle, Arkansas, appeals from an order dismissing its complaint to remove a proposed city ordinance from the election ballot in Maumelle. The City claims on appeal that the proposed ordinance is unconstitutional and that the ballot title was misleading. We affirm the dismissal order due to a flagrantly deficient abstract.
