This appeal presents the issue of the power of the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission ("the Commission") to adjust the amount of the workers' compensation it ordered paid to an employee for temporary total disability when the employee makes a subsequent claim for such disability benefits and that employee's average weekly wage has increased.
