OPINION

COMBS, Judge.

Henry Boston Harris, Jr., appeals from a judgment of the Metcalfe Circuit Court entered July 3, 1996, that determined that he was not the heir of Henry Boston. Harris also appeals the denial of his subsequent motion for a new trial. We affirm.
